In 1981, Precise Lapping & Grinding Corp. (PLG) was founded in Melrose Park, Illinois. The facility employs only the highest skilled operators in the industry and is ISO 9001:2015 | AS9100D certified.

What We Do
PLG specializes in comprehensive piece-part and production lapping; flat surface or double-disc grinding; deburring; diamond polishing; ultrasonic cleaning and special packaging of metal alloys, plastics (including PTFE), ceramics and composite materials.
Applications include automotive seals and stampings, computer components, medical instruments, printing, food processing, communications equipment, aerospace, defense, or virtually any application requiring close finishing tolerances.
